After a long fermentation and ageing process, the dried tea leaves naturally form into dense lumps, releasing a deep, mellow aroma and smooth, earthy flavour with every infusion.
This tea is handpicked in April, when the leaves are at their prime, full of vitality, nutrients, and natural sweetness.
