Cloud Mist Green Tea, also known by its Chinese name “Yun Wu (云雾)”m is grown high in the mountains, enveloped in clouds and mist. These cool, humid conditions and the clean, slow-growing environment allow the tea leaves to develop a refined aroma and balanced sweetness that distinguish Cloud Mist from lower-altitude green teas.
This is a Grade A green tea, chosen through a meticulous multi-stage selection process. Each batch is evaluated for leaf shape, colour, aroma, and tenderness, ensuring that only the highest-quality leaves make it into the final product. The result is a refined, clean, and beautifully balanced green tea of exceptional clarity and taste.
The leaves are gently processed to preserve their fresh green vitality. When brewed, Cloud Mist reveals a delicate yet vibrant profile: soft vegetal notes, whisper-light sweetness, and often subtle undertones of bamboo, chestnut, or fresh stone-fruit depending on origin and harvest.
