All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email (where applicable). You can track your package through the courier's website.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot refund or resend orders sent to incorrect addresses.

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly from our UK warehouse.
