Snowy Dragon Green Tea
Snowy Dragon Green Tea is a refined high-mountain green tea known for its elegant appearance and delicate flavour. Handpicked in early spring from tender young shoots, this tea is crafted using only one bud with one fresh leaf, capturing the purity and vitality of the season.
Its name, “Snowy Dragon,” comes from the tea’s visual beauty: slender leaves lightly covered in fine white fuzz, resembling snowflakes resting on a dragon’s back. These silvery hairs indicate high quality and natural sweetness, while the twisting leaf shape echoes traditional Chinese “dragon-style” tea processing.
During brewing, the leaves gently open, releasing a crystal-clear pale green liquor with soft floral aromas and a hint of spring grass. The flavour is mellow, clean, and refreshing, with a lingering sweetness and light mineral finish. Known for its smoothness and low bitterness, Snowy Dragon is an ideal choice for those who enjoy elegant, nuanced green teas.
